📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in creating handmade products with love and care. Due to the unique nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product was delivered

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

🔄 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel:

  • Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and cancellation request.
  • If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India only.

  • Order Processing Time: 2–4 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days depending on your location

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

  • Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details.
  • In case a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for minor variations in color or texture—these are natural with handmade items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
